My happiness essentials.

There's loads of ways to push those negative thoughts and feelings out of your head. Here's a few of my fabourites!

Read your favourite book - my favourite is "reasons to stay alive" by Matt Haig.

Eat some chocolate - my faves are Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

Watch something funny on tv - nothing makes me laugh more than New Girl.

And simply spending time with people who love you and care for you.  Sometimes even just telling yourself you're loved, or having someone else tell you they love you.

You are worth loving.
